We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2020, at the age of 85, Shirley Armstrong of College Grove, Tennessee, born in Guthrie, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Overton and Ida Mae Murphy Boyer; and her husband Charles Kendrick Armstrong. She is survived by : her children, Charlotte Armstrong Lamb of Spring Hill, TN, Andrea Armstrong Martin, Laurie Armstrong Reed and Howard Armstrong of Eagleville, TN; and her sisters, Juanita Morgan of Guthrie, KY and Dorothy Biggar. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
