She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Thomas Hickman and Annie Mildred Hayes Hickman; her children, April Dawn Spivy and Timothy Alexander Spivy; and her sister Dorothy Faye Wilson.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Scott Spivy of Alabama; her siblings, Annie Joyce Thomas of Lyles, TN, Bobby Dwain Hickman of Lynnville, TN, Thomas Hayes Hickman (Rebecca) of Lynnville, TN, Linda Sue Barlar (Don) of Lynnville, TN, Shirley Aymett (Jerry) of Lynnville, TN, Barbara Ann Habel (Ronnie) of Harvest, AL, Judy West (Gene) of Cartersville, GA and Sabrina Lynn McNichols (David) of Brownsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Heather Jett, Chris Spivy and Jesse Spivy. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
