She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Franklin McKinzie and Annie Lee Walker McKinzie; her sons, Roy Lee Hill and John Robert Hill; and her sisters, Carolyn Lou Kapelski and Betty Ann Andrews.

She is survived by : her sister Mary Ruth McKinzie Dean (Allen) of Portland, OR; her granddaughter Delayna Sisk (Andrew) of Columbia, TN; her great grandchildren, Lila Sisk and Jayce Sisk; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Dean (Denise), Bryan Dean (Kim), Robert Matthew McKinzie (April), Nicholas McKinzie, Shelby Grooms (Jamie), Savanna English (Jessie), Anna Kapelski and Verna Hutchison (Lonnie).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
