She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Salway and Louise Salway (Valentine); her husband Jack Kochy; and her siblings, Leonard, Clarence and Rose Kettler.
She is survived by: her children, John (Joan) of Middlefield, OH., Jeff (Susie) of SpringHill, TN., Dawn (Paul) of Chagrin Falls, OH. and Karl (Heather) of Huntsburg, OH.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
