He was predeceased by : his parents, George Edward Jacobs and Sadie Pearl Fitzgerald Jacobs; his sister Marie Sparkman; and his daughter Edwina Joyce Jacobs. He is survived by : his daughter Patsy Jacobs Hedrick (Jans); his wife Ruby; and his granddaughter Brandi Bolton (Chris).

The family requests that anyone who plans on attending the visitation or funeral service, please wear a mask.
