It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alex Horn of Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Alex Horn and Barbara Gentry Horn Smith; his brother Michael Horn; and his stepfather Kennith Smith. He is survived by : his cousin Eric Cleghorn; his children, Jessica Parker (Greg) of Clarksville, TN, Misty Still (Wesley) of Gainesboro, TN and Matthew Horn of Washington State; and his siblings, Pamola Jean Bailey of Bloomington Springs, TN., Danny Horn of Cookeville, TN and Jimmy Horn of Cookeville, TN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
