She was predeceased by: her sisters, Ruby Owens, Florence Thompson (Artis), Sadie Carr, Gladys Josephine Davidson (Amos) and Billiej Boshers (Wayne).
She is survived by: her sister Flucy; her children, Dr. Jonathan Nelms (Glenda) of Cookeville, Cynthia Lynn Nelms of Mobile, AL and Susan Murray Plank of Bois D'Arc, MO; her grandsons, Nathanael Nelms and John Philip Nelms; her sibling's children, Nancy Davidson, Art Thompson (Ellen), Marsha Woody (James) and Patti Lyons (Patrick); and her friend Julie Hornady.
