She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Carter and Laura Neal Carter; her husband Clyde Paul; her siblings, JB Carter, Margaret (EB Richardson) and Modean Carter; and her daughter-in-law Rita Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Martin and Laurel Paul Martin; and her son-in-law Lance Martin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Overton County Memorial Gardens (300 N Church St, Livingston, TN 38570).
