He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Brooks Sr. and Martha Lee Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Brooks; his daughter Brittany Brooks; and his sister Sue Watts. He is also survived by stepchildren and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
