With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Lugar of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Winchester, Kentucky, who passed away on September 21, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her sons, Bradley Lugar of Cookeville, Kevin Lugar of Venice, FL and Jeffrey Lugar of Livingston, TN; her brother Anthony Ockomon; and her grandchildren, Mitchell Shepherd, Mia Lugar, Renee Doll and Casey Shepherd.
