He is survived by : his wife Mary Gentry (Holloway); his sister Patsy Judd of Cookeville, TN; and his niece Sherry Nixon (Roger) of Thompsons Station, TN. He is also survived by 5 Sisters-in-law 4 Brothers-in-law A host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Shriners Organization, St. Judes Children's Hospital, or Putnam County Animal Shelter.
