He is survived by: his children, Christopher Meredith of Cookeville, Cory Meredith of Cookeville, Carrie Sumnik (George), Cheryl Flatt of Gainesboro and Dawn Meredith (Jessica Eaton) of Sparta; his sister Red Meredith; his grandchildren, Janelle Michels (Matthew), Alexandra Sumnik, Elizabeth Sumnik, Nikolas Sumnik, Iggy Sumnik, Donna Meredith, Brooklyn Locke (Justin), Cheyenne Collier, Austin Winningham, Caelon Eaton, Caelie Eaton, Dominic Eaton, Destiny Eaton, Jordan White and Caden Eaton; and his great grandchildren, Harrison Michels, Briella Hix, Silas Hix and Kyler Locke.
