He was predeceased by: his parent Jim Sullivan; and his son Terry Sullivan. He is survived by: his parent Lyla Pack Sullivan; his wife Vauda Carter Sullivan of Sparta; his daughter Daphne Jacob of Sparta; his grandchildren, Brook Jolley, Joe Jacob of Sparta and Sarah Shuff (Andrew) of Gallatin; his great grandchildren, Madeline, Jackson, Lincoln, Michael and Caden; his godson Shawn Stouder (Ann); his siblings, Charlotte, Jimmy, Bettye, Virgie, Donna, Phyllis (Doug), Sharon (Jerry) and Burton (Linda); and his close friend Judy Whittenburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Happy Haven Children's Home.
