He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Oscar and Thelma Guinn Finn; and his siblings, Betty Ann Finn, David and Fred Finn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Elisabeth Ford of Manchester, TN, Robert Finn of Baxter, Danny Finn of Baxter and Dennis Finn of Byrdstown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
