He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Stanakis Broyles; his children, Douglas Dewayne (Cyndi), Kimberly Anne Agee (Robert) of Cookeville, TN and Kevin Ralph (Susie); and his siblings, Kenneth (Martha Sue), Martha Jo Vaughn, James (Betsy) and Leon (Martha Jane).
