Though Rana may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Bartley and Lavora Catherine Brooks Bartley; her husband Don A. Miller; and her son John Scott Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Pardini of Cookeville, Tennessee; her sister Emily Bartley; and her sister-in-law Kay Henry (Ben Henry) of Paducah, Kentucky. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
