She was predeceased by: her parent Eiffie Simmons; and her sisters, Elise White and Jenny Humphrey. She is survived by: her parent Josephene Black Simmons; her son Terry Wayne Floyd (Tabatha) of Spencer; her grandchildren, Taylor Lee Floyd, Tanner Wayne Floyd, Tara Lee Floyd and Samantha Marie Floyd; and her siblings, Joe Simmons (Brenda) of Sparta and Wilma Copeland (Gary) of Sparta. She is also survived by many friends, neighbors, nieces, and nephews.
