He was predeceased by : his parents, Sanford McBroom and Rubye Morphew McBroom; his wife Glendia Joyce Loftis McBroom; and his brother Donnie McBroom. He is survived by : his son Tony McBroom (Gayla) of Cookeville; his grandsons, Anthony McBroom (Philusa) of Marietta, GA and Andrew McBroom (Kensey) of Nashville, TN; his great grandchild Jocey McBroom; and his siblings, Morris McBroom (Mary), Dale McBroom (Terry) of Cookeville, Linda Maxwell (Kat) of Baxter, Wanda Kilpatrick (David) of Crossville and Judy Payne (Richard) of Baxter.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Tennessee, Cumberlands.
