It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Howard of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 7, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Oren C. Judd and Minnie Avannah Judd (Kinnaird); and her husband Dillard Howard. She is survived by : her children, Kimberly Turpin (Tim), Jeremy Howard (Chrissy) and Jeffrey Judd Howard; and her sister Carolyn Thrasher. She is also survived by grandchildren; Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
