Lockhart), Olin Shadden "Bud" (Louise Payne), Ruth Evelyn "Toots" (Bill Nichols), Austin Faye "Tince" (Carzell Payne), Edris Altose (Kenneth Deal), Shirley Louise Patterson (Max Roosevelt Payne), Zane Leon (Vivian Payne) and Barbara Gale (Harold Dale).
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Guinn Fowler (Cyndi), John Carlton Fowler (Marty) and Kathy Jeanne Topolewski (Mike); her grandchildren, Dr. Lisa Fowler, Amy Mitchell (Ryan), Sondra Fowler, Shad Fowler, Melanie Vines (Jon) and Brad Sosebee (Celeste); her great grandchildren, Ella, Oliver, Molly, Ada, Josh (Megan), Alex, Cole, Carson, Tyler, Emily, Logan, Lucus, Madden and Jerzee; and her great great grandchildren, Kylee and Kyler.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel (823 Ocoee St, Copperhill, TN 37317). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
