He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth M. Berryhill and Lela Louise Berryhill; and his siblings, Faye McCracken, Linda Joyce Edwards and Randall Berryhill.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Berryhill; his daughters, Debbie Holtermann (Larry) and Terry Berryhill Hall (Jimmie); his grandchildren, Allie Rae Hopper, Brandon Faber and Laurence Faber (Emily); his great grandchildren, Maddox Hopper and Parish Kuehner; and his son Harold Balton.
