He is survived by : his wife Lu Mae Pirkle (Lutricia); his children, Bobby Forbis III of Portland, Kevin Michael Forbis of Cottontown and Kecia Lassiter of Hudson, FL; his sister Melody Masaitis of Massapequa, NY; his niece Brooke Masaitis; and his grandchildren, Devin Lassiter, Dominick Lassiter, Elliana Lassiter, Braxton Sadler, Madison Sadler, Bailey Forbis, Vega Brooks and Zane Brooks.
In leu of flowers, the family prefers donations to The Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
