He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred L. Howell and Christine Shinn Howell. He is survived by : his daughters, Melissa Howell of Clarksville, TN, Debra Neal, Julie Montgomery (Gordon), Cold Water and Paula Howell Keith. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic a Celebration of Life Gathering will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Nashville Humane Association.
