He is survived by: his children, Aryn Mullins (Kenny Dodrill) of Jackson and Greg Mullins (Jamie) of Covington; his parents, Renne Mullins and Nancy Mullins of Vanleer, TN; and his siblings, Hannah Cummings (Jim) of Vanleer, TN and Josh Mullins (Marny) of Dickson, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
