She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Talmage and Lena Boswell; her husband Roy Lanier Hazlerig Sr.; and her daughters-in-law, Kimberly Hazlerig and Tammy Hazlerig.

She is survived by: her sons, Roy Lanier Hazlerig Jr. (Connie), Terry Hazlerig (Charlotte), Michael Adam Hazlerig and Timothy David Hazlerig; and her brother Billy Michael Boswell. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren, thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
