He was predeceased by : his wife Carolyn Jeanette Marshall; and his parents, James Brooks Marshall and Essie Lee Melby. He is survived by : his children, Teresa Cotnam of Covington and Steve Marshall (Debbie) of Covington; and his grandchildren, Justin Cotnam of Covington, Lydia Cotnam of Covington, Allen Marshall (Jamie) of Atoka, Greg Marshall of Millington, Mallory Delaney (Greg) of Covington and Michael Utley (Brittany). He is also survived by five great-grand children.
