He was predeceased by: his son Ron Billings; and his granddaughter Alison Duncan. He is survived by: his son Vic Billings (Christi) of Covington; his stepchildren, Jennifer Easley (Mark) and Justin Barkelew (Roxanne); his sisters, Inez McGinnis of Nashville and Veda Robinson of Covington; and his grandchildren, Victoria Billings, Kerr Hanson (Hope) and Paige Billings. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
