He was predeceased by: his sons, Bret Underwood, Bart Underwood and Michael Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bernice Pennington Underwood; his children, Lisa Latham, Ron Fowler and Tina Ognoskie; and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Justin, Julia, Brittany, Randi, Zach, Sydney, Melissa, Crystal and Brett. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
