"Buddy" Baxter, Jr. (Ann) of Middleton, TN and Jo Rivers Tyler of Tampa, FL; and his grandchildren, Sarah Howard, Sam Howard, Joe Scott Howard, Bailey Rose (Ethan), Sydney Lane Pilkington, Chloe Cooper, Laci Wilson, Kaitlyn Schurffius (Daniel) and Kirby Kinningham (Drew). He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
