He is survived by: his wife Brenda Nelson; his daughters, Jabina Mason and Jeannise Webb-Nelson; his stepchildren, Tranee Jones (Michael), Charles Crawford (Jayla) and Robert Handley; his grandson Kash Jacoway; and his siblings, Gloria Culp (Bobby), Virginia Boykin (Rudolph), Joyce Gray (Excell), Thomas Nelson (Dale), Steve Nelson (Gina), Clarence Nelson (Jackie) and Andrew Nelson (Belinda). He is also survived by four aunts, three uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
