He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Carl and Addis Joy Hubble Edmonds; his wife Faye M. Edmonds; his son James Q. Edmonds, II; and his sisters, Carline Myracle and Velma Bridges.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Craft of Covington and Andrea Cook of Henderson; his daughter-in-law Susan Edmonds of Henderson; his sons, Brad Edmonds of Nashville and Grant Edmonds (Crystal) of Covington; and his grandchildren, Adam Craft (Margaret), Morgan Smith (Clint), Caileigh Irwin (Mitch), Paidon Cook, McKennah Shields (Scott), Lydia Edmonds, Abby Edmonds and Melea Edmonds. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to either the James Q. Edmonds, II Scholarship Fund at FHU or the Covington Church of Christ Building Fund.
