He is survived by: his children, Jill Elizabeth Locke, Carol Ann Goodwin and Jeffrey Alan Locke; his grandchildren, Candy Lee Locke and Jaxon Locke; his great grandchild Caitlin McConnell; and his brother Stanley Ray Locke.
