She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Ray and Fannie Cole Bell; and her husband Wayne Baskin. She is survived by: her sons, Farris Wayne Fletcher and Keven Fletcher; and her brother Don Bell. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
