He is survived by: his wife Dana Jane Fowler; his children, Kevin Fowler (Kasey), Ryan Fowler, Nick Fowler (Brittany), James Fowler, Steven Bailey, Cody Bailey, Malory Campbell and Brandy Slade (Caston); and his sisters, Sandra Ward, Linda Goforth, Martha Moore and Priscilla Townsend.
