She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Cooper and Louise Thompson Blackmon; her husband Alfred Russell; and her siblings, Cooper Gene Blackmon and Betty Blackmon.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Denise Sartain Naron (Rusty) of Collierville and Joe Wayne Blackmon (Holly) of Pt; her sisters, Carolyn Poole (Farris) of Covington and Linda Core of Palmetto, GA; her grandson Brian Blackmon; and her niece Mindy Rogers.
