He is survived by: his wife Delores Boswell Tierce; his sister Mary Tierce; his sister-in-law Carolyn Tierce; his cousin Anne Denniston (Richard) of Arlington; David Hennessy (Nikki), Glenda Williams Gastineau, Jay Gastineau, Kym B. Borders and Bryan B. Borders, III.
