She is survived by: her husband John Richard Fowler; her children, Renee Conti (Steve), Marty Hazlerig (Patsy), Mike Hazlerig and Jeff Hazlerig (Belinda); her stepchildren, Sherrie Jones, Eric Fowler (Jaime), Wesley Fowler (Cloma), Randy Fowler (Michele) and Debbie Criss; and her sisters, Fay Hazlerig (Bruce) and Kay Willard. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
