He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonny Payne Atkins and Josephine Wright Atkins; and his brother David Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Pollard Atkins (Kippie); his children, Lewis Atkins (Ginger) and Suzanne Bright (Shawn); and his brother Bonny Atkins (Vicki). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many faithful friends.
In remembrance of Thom's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made in his name to Baldwin Humane Society where Thom volunteered and worked tirelessly to help pets find loving homes.
