As Valarie Elaine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Valarie Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Valarie Elaine leaves behind.
She is survived by: her children, Conswalla Smith, Contrina Smith, Shaquita Willingham and Damien Smith; and her mother Kathy Smith. She is also survived by four sisters and two brothers; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church (411 Shelton St, Covington, TN 38019). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Townsend Cemetery (1347 Hope St, Covington, TN 38019).
