She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence "Pete" and Lois Lanham Easterwood; her husband Clark Sawyer; her brother Charles Easterwood; and her friend Edna Tipps.

She is survived by : her sister Sue Robertson; her sisters-in-law, Frances Keel and Virginia Sawyer; her grandchildren, Craig Sawyer, Ami Davis, Tracie Sawyer, Caleb Sawyer, Samantha Sawyer and Kristin Sawyer; her great grandchildren, Cole Stewart, Christian Sawyer, Kash Sawyer and Lyla Bright; and her close friend Frances Goode. She is also survived by three sons.
