It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sylvia Faye Garner Sullivan of Cowan, Tennessee, born in Decherd, Tennessee, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Dotson and Clara Frances Garner Jr. (Rieben); her husband Julian Sullivan; her son Carl Sullivan; and her siblings, Charles Edward Garner and Frances Rhea Garner.

She is survived by : her son Kenneth Sullivan (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Matthew Sullivan (Lana) and Jamie Sullivan (Meghan). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
