He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaneal Sapp and Desdie Pryor Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Shawn Sapp; his children, Shalee Brook Sapp (Chris), Kelby Lynn Sapp (Dillon) and Ashley Ann Eppolito (Joe); his grandchildren, Avery and Jakob Eppolito; and his siblings, Teresa Richardson, Sherry Jackson, Lindsey Salvato and Josh Wyatt.
