He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Jean "Cookie" Pendergrass; his granddaughter Taylor Pendergrass; his parents, Arley Creed and Edith Kathryn Pendergrass; and his siblings, Carolyn Trotter, Kathryn Webb, Brenda Anderson and Donald Pendergrass.
He is survived by : his children, Jodie Holt of Crossville, Brandon Pendergrass (Lanean) of Pikeville, Matt Schoenig (Tiffany) and Nicole Pristas (Steve); his grandchildren, Jalen Holt, Garet Holt, Jonah Holt, Isaac Pendergrass, Tristan Pendergrass and Kara Pristas; his sisters, Wanda Terry (Fred) and Deborah Pendergrass of Crossville; his close friend Rosanne; his brothers, Doyle Pendergrass (Linda) of Pikeville, Roy Pendergrass (Carol) of Pikeville, Gary Pendergrass of Crossville and Chester Pendergrass (Shirley) of Pikeville; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Weaver (Duffy), Greg Anderson and Kenneth Trotter.
