She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hill and Mary Hill; her siblings, Ken Hill and Marge McGibbon; and her former husband Rollie Gunter.
She is survived by: her husband William Beard; her sister Betty Hart of Toronto; her children, Carolyn Reynolds (Wayne) of Woodlawn, Jacqui Ellis (Frank) of Raleigh, Ron Gunter (Cynthia) of Fayetteville, Stanley Gunter of Sarasota, Robert Gunter (Judy) of Cookeville, Mary Jean Stuard (F. E.) of Purcell and Judy England (Michael) of Crossville, Tennessee.; and her caregiver Brenda Shirks of Rockwood, Tennessee.. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
