He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances Smith Keener of Pikeville, TN; his wife Stephanie Davis Keener of Crossville, TN; his sister Christy Keener of Hillsboro, TN; his parents-in-law, Bobby and Dian Davis of Crossville, TN; his sister Kim; his brother-in-law Jamie Dixon of Crossville, TN; his brother Jason; his sister-in-law Danielle Davis of Kentucky; and his siblings' children, Perry Dixon (Emma), Chloe Dixon, Keaton Davis, Jaleigh Davis, Presley Davis, Brentlee Davis, Marvin Howe Jr., Skylar Keener, Mason Dixon, Myles Dixon, Elliot "Little Joe" Dixon and Maelyn Dixon.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hood Funeral Home (2371 US-127, Crossville, TN 38555).
