She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Gray and Harriet Gray; and her sister Charlotte. She is survived by: her husband John Chase; and her children, Timothy (Nancy), Terri Zito (David), Traci Pack, Thomas (Laura), Ted (Sue Ann) and Tammi.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bilbrey Funeral Home (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555).
