She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Milford and Mamie Alice Scoggin; her grandparents, Jonah Robert, Lottie Kate Seals, John Swindell and Mary Lou Scoggin; her son Randall Dale Scoggin; her brother-in-law JohnnyLayne; her nephew Richard Layne; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Vick and Goines.
She is survived by: her sister Rubye Charline Layne; her children, Christy Alice Rose (Rick), Jeffery Brian Young and Tracy Charline Thompson (Rob); her aunts, Josie Masters and Evelyn Wright; her grandchildren, Randy Goines (Whittney), Jonathan Johnson (Britnee), Isaiah Phifer, Brian Gay (Kaitlyn), Rachel Farris, Kimberly Young and Jeffrey Young (Brittney); her great grandchildren, Carli, Zoey, Charlie, Kennedy, Hunter, Briton, Cambrie, Remy Lee and Jeremy; and her nieces, Vicky Matthews and Rebecca Layne (Allen).
