He was predeceased by : his brother Larry Green. He is survived by : his wife Lori Ann Self Green; his children, Jesse Ferrell (Joanna), Amber Lampley (Kendall) and Joseph Green (Miranda); his siblings, James Green, Linda Holley and Margie Johnson; and his grandchildren, Emma Ferrell, Mattie Sandifer, Bilee Ferrell, Cooper Green, Charlie Green, Jase Ferrell and Milleigh Lampley.
