It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Birt of Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Birt and Doris Birt; his former life partner Diane Lucille Birt; and his children, Shawna Renee Birt and James Lloyd Birt.
He is survived by : his wife Debbie Birt of Cumberland Furnace, TN; his daughters, Alisha Schuchman (Michael) of Carrollton, GA and Rebecca Birt of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Dana Reeder (Wayne) of Shawnee, OK, Tom Birt Jr. (Debbie) of Trinity, FL and Melody Ann Birt of Shawnee, OK; and his granddaughters, Lexi and Olivia Schuchman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
