She is survived by : her husband Doyle Miles of Cumberland Furnace, TN; her children, Jesse Lee Collins (Beulah), Gary Wayne Collins of Dickson, TN and Lisa Ann Delph of Dickson, TN; her siblings, Charles Hamblin (Elma), Herbie Hamblin, Busy, Ky Earnest Couch, Jr. of Lexington, KY, Brenda Proctor and Audrey Smithson; and her grandchildren, Summer, Alisa, Jessica, Brittney and Adam. She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
